Dietary rules you must follow


The philosophy "burn more calories than you consume" is a nonsense, as the claim that a calorie is a calorie anyway. For example, 100 calories of cereal with chocolate is not the same as 100 calories eggs! Emphasis therefore must give to the quality of food provided by the three macronutrients: protein, fat and carbohydrates. If you consume 10,000 calories a day of meat and walnuts, you will still get fat. If you want to fall below 10 percent of your body fat, you have to suffer a little. And go to bed a little hungry.
